Magnesium is Calming and Balancing

Magnesium helps balance stress hormones and serotonin levels for a feel-good body effect. But let’s be clear, not all magnesium supplements are meant for rest. Specifically, look for magnesium taurate or magnesium glycinate if you’d like to make it part of your daily supplement routine.

And good to know – magnesium citrate can behave as a laxative. So, for this recipe, let’s stick with trusty Life Flo magnesium flakes!


Magnesium Bath Soak Recipe

  • About 2 Cups Magnesium Flakes
